MUSASHI club in Smederevo is a registered section of Serbian Budo Council (SBC) and member of Sports Chanbara Association of Serbia (SCAS), which is national representative of International Sports Chanbara Association (ISCA). This club is headed by Igor Kesic, who is assistant instructor in Chanbara and Shinbukan Kenjutsu. Igor studied under Dr. Ivica Zdravkovic, President of SCAS, holder of 4th Dan Chanbara in ISCA and 5th Dan Kenjutsu in MAIF. 

       On February 5th 2006, Dr. Zdravkovic, accompanied with Srdjan Spasic (SCAS member, 1st Dan, head of KENSHI club in Pozarevac, Serbian Chanbara Grandchampion for 2005), held a small grading for members of MUSASHI club. It was obvious that Igor Kesic has prepared his students very well, so they all got promoted into higher kyu grades in Chanbara. Some also got Shokyu in Shinbukan Kenjutsu. 

       On this occasion, Igor Kesic is accepted to membership of KIAI, Kenjutsu International association of Instructors. Congratulations! We wish best luck and good results to MUSASHI members on the upcoming National Budo Games, organized by SBC in Vrsac, on February 25th.

      MUSASHI klub u Smederevu je registrovana sekcija Budo Saveta Srbije (BSS) i clan Sportske Chanbara Asocijacije Srbije (SCAS), koja je nacionalni predstavnik za Internacionalnu Sportsku Chanbara Asocijaciju (ISCA). Klub vodi Igor Kesic, asistent-instruktor za Chanbaru i Shinbukan kenjutsu. Igor je borilacke vestine ucio od Dr Ivice Zdravkovica predsednika SCAS, nosioca ranga 4. Dan Chabara u ISCA i 5. Dan kenjutsu u organizaciji MAIF.

   Dana 5. februara 2006. godine, dr Zdravkovic je u pratnji Srdjana Spasica (clana SCAS, nosioca ranga 1. Dan, vodje kluba KENSHI iz Pozarevca i Chanbara Gradchampion-a Srbije za 2005. godinu) odrzao polaganje za clanove kluba MUSASHI. Bilo je ocigledno da je Igor Kesic svoje ucenike spremio veoma dobro, pa su svi promovisani u napredne kyu rangove Chanbare. Pojedini su dobili i rang Shokyu u vestini Shinbukan Kenjutsu. 

      Ovom prilikom je Igor Kesic primljen i u clanstvo KIAI, Kenjutsu Internacionalne Asocijacije Instruktora. Cestitamo! Zelimo puno uspeha svim clanovima MUSASHI kluba na predstojecim Nacionalnim Budo Igrama, koje organizuje BSS 25. februara u Vrscu.
